Who Are We?

Cascade Capital Services, a division of Gallery Real Estate, Inc., a California Corporation and licensed Real Estate Broker in Santa Barbara, CA since 1973, is a licensed mortgage broker in the states of California (License No. 00461906) and Oregon (License No. ML-2464).

We specialize in brokering the sale of seller financed real estate notes and making real estate loans using private investor funds. We also broker the sale of seller carryback notes from the sale of a business.

What Else Should I Know?

Neil Steadman, a graduate of Westmont College and former junior high school teacher, has been in the real estate business since 1965. He has owned and operated a multi-office real estate brokerage business and a property management company. Mr. Steadman has been an investor and syndicator of commercial and multi-family real estate investments as well. His past and present philosophy is to recommend to customers and clients only those transactions that are a "win-win" for all parties.

In addition to having served on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards of directors, Neil Steadman is a Past President, Realtor of the Year, and Honorary Member for Life of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors. He is a Certificated Community College Instructor and holds the professional real estate designations of GRI, CRS and CRB. Mr. Steadman is Past President of the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara and Past Assistant District Governor. He is an active member of the Christian Business Men's Committee, and a budget counselor in his local church.
